Tit for Tat
A couple was having supper. The husband tasted the dishes and complained, "It is terrible!" The wife was rather angry and said,
"You know you are not married to a cook!"
That night when they were already in bed, the wife heard some strange noise downstairs and asked her husband to go and have a look. Unexpectedly he said, "You'd better go downstairs yourself!
You know you are not married to a policeman!"

夫妻俩正在吃饭。丈夫尝了一口菜后抱怨道：“真难吃！”妻子十分生
气地回答：“要知道你娶的可不是厨师。”
当晚夫妻俩睡觉后，妻子听到楼下有异样的响声，便让丈夫下楼去看看。
丈夫却说：“你最好自己去看，要知道你嫁的丈夫可不是警察！”
