MADRID, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez will play the first competitive match for Barcelona in Saturday's "Clasico" away against Real Madrid, Barca boss Luis Enrique confirmed on Friday.
"He will have some minutes for sure," said Enrique during a pre-match news conference on Friday, although the manager refused to reveal how many minutes he plans to give the forward on the field.
Suarez was initially banned for nine international matches and suspended from all competitive matches for four months for biting Italy's Giorgio Chiellini during the World Cup.
Barcelona have previously issued a statement confirming the ban actually ends on midnight Oct. 24.
