The 114-73 victory extended the Celtics' winning streak to three games.
The starting five of the Knicks combined only 29 points, allowing the Celtics to keep extending the lead all through the game.
Jordan Crawford chipped in 23 points for the Celtics. Jared Sullinger and Brandon Bass added 21 points and 16 points respectively.
Carmelo Anthony scored the Knicks team-high 19 points. Amar'e Stoudmire contributed 17 from the bench.
The Knicks will next face the Cleveland Cavaliers.
