5. Stay Cool While You Sleep
睡觉时保持凉爽

When you're asleep, you can't actively combat the heat. You also probably have a tough time getting to sleep when you're overheating as it is. There are plenty of ways to stay cool at night so you can sleep comfortably despite the heat. For example, you can build your own air conditioner (or use an alternative method), get a cooling pillow like the Chillow, and put your sheets in the fridge before bedtime. Trial and error will decide which methods work best for you, but all will get you closer to a cool night's rest.
在熟睡的时候,你并不能积极地应对炎热。当你感到很热的时候,大概也会在入睡的那段时间感到很难受。这里有很多在夜晚保持凉爽的方法,因此不管多么热,你都可以舒服地入睡了。例如,你可以打造一个你自己的空调设备(或者用其他的方法),用内置凉水的枕头,在睡觉前把床单放冰箱里。反复试验就能确定哪种方法对你最有效了,但是所有方法都会让你拥有一个酷爽夏日。
