Joint venture: 讲公司合作的问题

【教授举例】：教授举例说一家TV company想建一个internet news网站，这样顾客就方便看到最新的消息。但是公司没有技术人员去建网站，所以他们决定和一家technical group合作，新闻公司提供资讯，科技公司提供技术运营网站。因为网站很popular, 所以带来很多广告收入，双方都受益。

Question: 用听力的例子来解释对这个概念的理解。

1. identify群落中最不同的猎物。举的是一种Meno鱼，喜欢群居，predator通过identify鱼的颜色，有些鱼会有很明显的颜色，所以方便predator抓捕。

2. 将一大群猎物拆散成较小的群体。举例：鲨鱼想要吃鱼的话，就横冲直撞，把鱼群分开，这样就方便捕猎。
