Hi, I'm Marry. Are you new in town?  你好，我是玛丽。你是刚来城里的吗？

Yeah, I'm just being here.  是的，我刚刚来这里。

Where are you from?  你来自哪里？

I grew up in Beijing, but I was in New York for a couple of years.

我在北京长大，但是我在纽约住了几年。

Well, It's good to meet you. Welcome to Los Angeles.

Excuse me. Have we met before?  打扰了。我们以前见过面吗？
