B:Easy. You take a writing test, and then they give you a learner's permit.

A:Then what?

B:You can drive with somebody experienced next to you. After a while, you take a road test, and get the real license.

A:What if I already have a driver's license in China?
A:要是我在中国已经有驾照了呢？
B:Then you can get an international license from China, and change it into an American license.

B:Yeah.
