More than 30 thousand fireworks have filled the skies over Hong Kong in celebration of the Chinese lunar new year.
The display took place at the Victoria Harbor on Friday evening. Marking the second day of the lunar new year, it's a tradition that has been taking place since 1982. Crowds of Hong Kong residents attended the spectacular event. The fireworks are lit in eight stages during the show, creating a wonderland of fireworks across the night sky to a distance of one kilometer.
