Mubarak Mugabo is from Ugandan media company Vision Group.
As part of a Sino-Africa exchange program, the young African journalist has spent the past seven months attending lectures in Chinese universities and traveling to seven Chinese provincial regions including Beijing, Shaanxi, Hunan, Guizhou, Hainan, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia.
