The Foxes won the second of the Leicester-Tottenham trilogy 1-0 at White Hart Lane.
Leicester were minutes away from reaching the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday when they conceded a penalty to be forced into a replay.
They were determined not to make the same mistake in the Premier League which is their priority.
Robert Huth's late header earned Leicester three points and moved them level with Arsenal on points.
Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri couldn't be happier with the show his side put on.
"We maintained our calm, our shape, slowly getting better and (on the) counter-attack we created two great chances to score a goal, but Lloris made a fantastic save. The second half was an open match, both teams wanted to win. We created some chances and they created some chances, we scored a goal and Kasper made a fantastic save against Harry Kane. Good. Third match in a row with a clean sheet, I am very very glad."
What Leicester avoided happened to Arsenal. A stoppage-time equalizer from Liverpool's Joe Allen held the Gunners at 3-all.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he is frustrated about the result but not disappointed by the performance.
"And tonight of course, the fact that we conceded a goal in the last minute. But that can happen in England. But overall, it was a game played with two teams that gave absolutely everything and we have shown again great character tonight. We come back with a point and if you look at the other results of the night it shows everywhere it is very even and very difficult for everybody."
