One Israeli was killed immediately and another died in hospital after two Palestinians attacked a bus with a gun and a knife in east Jerusalem Tuesday morning. One attacker was shot dead by Israeli police and the other was seriously wounded.
David Rose, a paramedic on the scene, says it is a difficult situation.
