In women's singles, defending champion Serena Williams is into the quarter-finals, after taking out American Madison Keys in straight sets.
Serena is now set to battle her sister Venus in the last-16.
Venus has reached the US Open quarter-finals for the first time since 2010 after knocking out a 19-year-old qualifier from Estonia in straight sets.

She's advanced after Canadian Eugenie Bouchard was forced to withdraw from the US Open after suffering a concussion.
The 20-year old, who has been seeing a resurgence of form at the tournament, fell and hit her head in the dressing-room after a mixed doubles match on Friday.
