In Guangdong province, the condition of China's first MERS patient has worsened.
The patient, a South Korean national, is now receiving medical treatment in Huizhou City.
He tested positive for the deadly virus on Friday.
Local authorities are also trying to get in touch with 13 close contacts of the man.
It's believed 77 people in the province came into close contact with him.
Among them, 64 have been quarantined.
Meanwhile in Hong Kong, the number of quarantined people remains at 18.
For more on this, CRI's Brian Kopczynski earlier spoke with Dr. Huang Yanzhong, senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations.
