Former German Chancellor Helmut Schmidt has written a review of Chinese President Xi Jinping's new book, suggest it the world a better understanding of China's development.
The book, "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" contains speeches, answers to questions and instructions issued by the Chinese President.
It has been published in at least nine languages since September.
