New video footage is making the rounds showing British Prime Minister David Cameron being bundled away in his car by his bodyguards after being brushed into by a member of the public.
Cameron was attending an event in the city of Leeds when a man jogging brushed into him.
The man was detained by authorities, but later released.
The man has since posted online that the incident was a simply a case of brushing into someone while running.
Britain has been on elevated alert since August amid the rise of the Islamic State.
