A draft bill on establishing special intellectual property rights courts is being deliberated by national lawmakers in Beijing.
Once established, the courts will focus largely on lawsuits connected to patents, industrial designs and technological knowledge.
The IPR courts will also be tasked with handling copyright issues and trademark disputes.
