广播听力: Civilized Behavior and Order Are Needed To Create A Good Environment For Subway Catching

The Beijing municipal government, has recently received a proposal, to set up female-only compartments, on the subway.

The proposal generated intense public debate. However, after voting, the proposal only gained 2 percent of support and failed.

The Beijing News published an article, praising the proposal.(Www.hXen.com)

But it says it has come at the wrong time.

The article says each day during rush hour, people are packed inside the trains, like sardines.

It blames this on a lack of order.

It suggests officials should find a way to maintain order.

The article also says the public should learn to be more polite.
