广播听力：Results of Milk Powder Contamination Investigation Released

China has vowed to take all contaminated milk powder off the shelves and destroy it after finding sixty nine batches of powder from twenty two different companies have been contaminated by melamine.

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine released the result on Tuesday after it had conducted a nationwide investigation into one hundred and nine milk powder producers.

Meanwhile, north China's Hebei province has send another four investigating teams to the Sanlu group in an effort to thoroughly investigate this contamination case. (Www.hXen.com)

Song Zhenhua is deputy general-secretary of Hebei's provincial government.

"In order to strengthen our investigation, we have decided to send another four investigating teams to the Sanlu group in addition to the investigating team sent by the ministry of public security. The four new teams will probe into the company's four specific pre- to post- manufacturing processes."

In addition, Hebei province decided to provide treatment free of charge for the province's children made ill as a result of the contaminated baby formula.

As of Tuesday, four milk dealers were arrested for allegedly selling contaminated milk. And twenty two others have been detained for questioning by local police.

Tian Wenhua, the board chairwoman and general manager of the Sanlu Group, has also been fired from her posts.
