In an effort to encourage China's Non-Government Organizations to combat the spread of AIDS, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, or GFATM, recently signed a cooperative agreement with China's Ministry of Health, providing relevant NGOs with a total of 14 million US dollars, in the anti-AIDS campaign in China.
The money will be granted to these NGOs in the next five years, bringing the total number of cooperative projects between China and GFATM up to ten. CRI's Zheng Chenguang reports.
