A spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the intention is to vote on the Graham-Cassidy healthcare bill next week:
(McConnell) "All I can say, if you're voting for our bill you are eliminating penalties on individuals and employers giving power to patients and states. If you vote against this, you're voting for ObamaCare."
Louisiana Republican Bill Cassidy, however, is facing opposition from Kentucky Republican Rand Paul and the three Republicans who voted against a repeal bill in July. Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, and John McCain are non-committal so far.
