-When is the last time you wore jeans? When I, when you were here last, you said, I said what do you sleep in. I said you are on pajamas. And you said you sleep in whatever you’re wearing.
-I very often, it’s very, it’s very funny.

-I’m, it’s very funny. And my best friends who are often, you know, walk crash at the hotel’s room, out to come to visit me on the road. They always call me a, what, “A Beauty Queen Disaster”, because I wake up and my wigs falling up my head and my mole, like in the other side of my face, the fake mole. It’s not fake. It’s just surreal.

-So, you wake up but tell people, cause’ I think that is inspiring for, for a lot of your fans. You spend five minutes in the morning, thinking compassionate thoughts about yourself.
-I try to. That’s a. I do yoga. I do Bikram yoga. That’s really hot.
-Hot yoga.
-Yeah, that’s very intense. I don’t want to suggest it necessarily because I fear you will be angry with me. So, don’t be prepared mentally if you go to do it, but my yoga teacher, Trisha. She always says, ah, please try everyday to have for 15 minutes compassionate thoughts by yourself. So I narrowed it onto five because fifteen is, drives me mental, but five is ok. I try to do five and I, it’s helpful.

-I think if everyone did that, I think that the world would be a kinder place if we all put that kind of positive love energy out there.
