Numbers


“Susie, do you know your numbers?” the teacher asks.

“Yup,” she says. “My dad taught me.”

“What comes after three?”

“Four,” Susie answers.

“Great. And tell me what number comes after six?”

“Seven.”

“Excellent,” Susie’s teacher says. “Your dad did a good job.

Now, what’s after ten?”

“Jack.”

    数字
    “Susie, do you know your numbers?” the teacher asks.
    苏莤，你会数数吗？老师问道。
    “Yup,” she says. “My dad taught me.”
    当然，我知道，我爸爸有教我呢。她回答道。
    “What comes after three?”
    三后面是什么呢？
    “Four,” Susie answers.
    四，苏莤回复道。
    “Great. And tell me what number comes after six?”
    嗯，很好。那你告诉我六后面是几呢？
    “Seven.”

    “Excellent,” Susie’s teacher says. “Your dad did a good job.
    太棒了，苏莤的老师夸奖道。你爸爸教的很好。
