A lady noticed her husband standing on the bathroom scale, sucking in his stomach.Thinking he was trying to weigh less with this maneuver, she commented, "I don't think that's going to help."

"Sure it will." he said. "It's the only way I can see the numbers."

    体重计
    一位妇人看见他的丈夫站在浴室的体重计上，使劲的吸着气（收缩）他的胃。她认为他这么做是为了（称重时）能减轻体重。“这么做是没有用的”她说道。
    “当然有用了。”他说“只有这样我才能看见体重计上的数字”。
    （肚子和胃太大了以至于其低头时看不见它们的正下方）

    But recently ,I'm moody and when I'm upset ,I keep it inside
    This joke brings me happiness and remind something about it
    I've put on some weight ,I have to lose weight
    I'm really ought to start doing something to keep fit .
