关于 序数词 前 顶冠词的 问题！

    1. By the first day of August, 2007, the PLA has its ______ birthday.
    A. eighty
    B. the eightieth
    C. eightieth
    D. eighties

I think B is  right。But   http://www.examda.com/zhongkao/wyst/moniti/20071128/111137650.html   it say
C  is  correct！

    C是正解。
    序数词在句中作定语时常与 "the” 或 “物主代词” 一起使用，例如 on the eightieth floor；her eightieth birthday.

    这道题划线处前已有物主代词 "its "了，所以不加定冠词 "the".
