  我自己也是理解为接车, 但是有人跟我辩: off the train是坐火车离开, 所以这句话就是送车的意思.

  字面就是离开火车，就是说从火车上下来，我也认为接妈妈没错

  it must have the same meaning with "see sb. off", which means say goodbye to sb in the airport~~送某人上飞机~~
